AOL is making it hard – You may not be receiving personal emails

If AOL is your email provider — I just wanted you to know that you may not be receiving my personal emails if you are subscribed to the “Special 100 list.”  I sent a letter to this special list late PM on August 21st.  Every letter to a reader with an AOL email address came back to me undelivered.

I re-sent the letter  to each person with an AOL email address requesting that they write to me if they received this second go-round. Half came back again – not delivered.  And I’ve only heard from Sue T and Frank — telling me that they received it the second (or third) time I sent it.

As I mentioned in a previous post — email providers are making big changes.  They are making it hard for me to give you the information that you requested and I really don’t know what to do about it.

There is no point in including AOL addresses in the next mailing unless I hear from the those people requesting that I keep trying.  If you want me to keep trying I will —- until AOL makes it impossible for us to communicate.

For example — I’ve communicated with Sue T several times and never had problems until now.  She received the email when I sent it the second time and then when I replied to her email she did not receive it.  My reply to her came back twice and I have not yet heard from her about my 3rd reply.

I’m not just sure how the automated system works that sends you notices about new posts I put up —– but if you’re receiving notice of these posts that must mean that the automated system gets through but my personal emails to you do not get through.
